“Short-length Features”
Hit the “play” button to flash images from Casinò, shifting attention, during intervals on the famous film, Two for the Road, to this Moschino Spring/Summer 2013, a screen shot of an elegant woman dressed in minimal proportions, geometric lines and high-impact graphic elements.
The desire to pay tribute to an iconic reference from the Moschino world like the two-tone of black and white with a nod to the ‘60s.
Historic colours reinterpreted with new symmetries, miniatures of dresses with different details, trompe l’oeil effects, visible embroidery and oversize buttons.
But summer also loves colour and this season’s need for colour will be answered with a bow to one of the most famous textile designers who lived in Italy; Ken Scott.
Skirts and pants with contrasting trim make the collection sharp and geometric, inlaid two-tone stripes and the fabrics, moving from fuller, rounder ones to fabrics that envelop the figure, all without forgetting the Sangallo patchwork, recalling the full sun of Italian summers.
Special attention has been dedicated to the accessory, an integral part of the dress but with a different, distinct personality for each look.

Swinging Parade
A parade atmosphere, a fantastic vision of colored soldiers and “pop” uniforms introduce the new Moschino Fall/Winter 2012-13 collection.
Overcoats and jackets like uniform, made of wool crepe and decorated with cloth and crystal braids for a strong graphic impact. Dresses in marabou and Mikado and jersey appear on mini suits and cocktail dresses.
The indispensable biker jacket. The silhouettes is slim and structured, with legs showing or with fitted pants. It is redefined with large black taffeta bows that hold back hair and re-shape it. Colors are solid and vibrant, from red to sunny yellow and from deep blue to fuchsia.
The palette is rounded out with classic black and white. Finally, gold touches shine in the details for evening wear: large sequins on short dresses, embroidery and trim on jackets and precious capes. Accessories take on a distinctive role: handbags, bold bracelets and earrings that repeat the quilted detailing. Super high platforms are strictly black with large golden studs.
An original ”Swinging Parade” that, in true Moschino style, overturns and recombines the canons of fashion and conventions, creating looks with impeccable tailoring style.

It is said for centuries that if the body is healthy so is the mind. And if, so for the sake of updating the concept, we tried to say “Fashion for a healthy body healthy”? Because, healthy also means beauty.
This is what the Moschino Cheap and Chic collection which, not coincidentally, is set in a market with stalls of fruit and vegetables, reflecting a newfound need for simple beauty of nature.
The protagonists of this mise en scene are the natural Lawn Dress, Sea Dress, Sun Dress, Rainbow Dress (which has two names for Peace) and the Strawberry Dress, characters of a fashion that leads to a new newspaper recovering ancient thought: the natural beauty radiates from the simplicity.
And here are the prints of vegetables on a silk twill dress, the strawberries on a silk chiffon, the ears of corn on a linen-cotton. And peppers and garlic are the buckle that turns into raffia belt, buttons or other vegetables that become decorations for shoes wedge, whose band is a fork.
Even the accessories, a variant on the theme that nature is even more fun: the foot appears naked while trampling the lawn – complete with daisies – that has moved on top of a wedge sandal, but the lawn seems to be also bag closed of enamel from a daisy or a “weather prediction”. And it provides a brilliant sun.
